1. Actual weight and volume weight:

   Actual weight refers to the actual total weight of a batch of items to be transported, including packaging.

   Volume weight or volume refers to when the volume of the item to be delivered is large and the actual weight is lighter, due to the carrying capacity of the means of transport (aircraft, train, ship, car, etc.) and the volume of the goods that can be loaded, it needs to be measured The volume of the item is converted into weight as a method of calculating the weight of the freight.

2. General calculation formula for international express:

  (1) First freight + (weight (kg) × 2-1) × continued freight

     For example: 5KG goods are calculated based on the first weight of 150 yuan and the additional weight of 30 yuan, then the total freight is: 150 + (5×2-1)×30=420 yuan

  (2) When the actual weight of the item to be delivered is small and the volume is large, the freight must be charged according to the volume standard, and then the total freight is calculated according to the above formula. The volume formula is as follows:

       UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex: length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5000 = weight (KG) {where the total weight of the UPS is charged as a multiple of 0.5 of the maximum value of a single piece}

        EMS non-direct express (when any side exceeds 60CM): longest (cm) × widest (cm) × highest (cm) ÷ 8000 = weight (KG)

  (3) International express mail will also add fuel surcharge

       For example, when the fuel surcharge is 9%, it is also necessary to add to the result of formula (A): freight × 9%

  (4) Hong Kong and China Post registered parcel freight:

       Generally include basic freight, handling fee, registration fee, etc.;
