(1) Unable to deliver due to unknown recipient's address, relocation or going out


A The sender provides a new contact person/address/telephone and resend

  (2) The recipient refuses to pay freight/tax


A The sender pays shipping/tax and delivers to the recipient

C The sender requests to be redirected to other recipients in the same country, and the new recipient pays the freight/tax


D The sender requires delivery to the recipient, and the fee is charged to a third party (must be confirmed by the destination first)


E The sender asks for abandonment at the destination and pays freight/tax (depending on the regulations of the specific destination country)


F The sender requests the return to the place of origin and confirms the payment of related fees/taxes (depending on the regulations of the specific destination country)




  (3) The recipient refuses to accept the shipment

• Special Note:


• When the sender asks for abandonment at the destination, he must pay attention to whether the sender needs to pay taxes. Some countries do not allow the express detained in customs to be destroyed locally, and must be returned to the original sender place, and the sender must pay Refund related fees. (According to destination country regulations)


• When the sender requests to return the shipment to the place of origin, it must pay attention to whether the sender needs to pay taxes. At the same time, the sender should be reminded that because each customs has different supervision standards for import and export shipments, the shipment may need to be imported Taxation or customs declaration


• The sender must pay attention to whether the shipment has a deadline for destruction
